Siplix Cloud is currently in beta preparation. This page defines the payment and refund position before online payments are launched.

Current payment status

The website currently does not process online payments directly. If paid services are introduced, pricing, billing terms and refund conditions will be shown before purchase.

Refund requests

For any future paid service, refund requests should be submitted through the official contact channel and will be reviewed according to the service terms presented at the time of purchase.

Service activation

Some telecom services may require manual setup, provider coordination or technical preparation before activation.
